thanks muchly

Well.. lemme see... what's been updated or added since last official release...

May or may not be up to date.

- 16 background effect upgrades.
- Rose's TBP FRED2 tutorial added.
- EA 7T7 transport added.
- EA Omega Aurelius, Eurema, Siphron and Siren nameplates added.
- Olympus texture filename lenghts shortened.
- Added shine and glowmaps to almost if not to all ships. (for fs2_open)
- Mist of Fire campaign patched and pumped up.
- Various models updated.
- Ships X 1-3 added.
- Some table updates, including previously added ships, etc.

Howewer, the truth is that most likely after next release you will see very little updates or updates are coming even more slowly than before. Because most of our modellers and texturers are inactive, and most likely we won't see them active again. Same goes for almost every other area of development.

Hell, same goes for me too. I am not going to tell you any excuses from my part, I have a pretty good chance in helping to develop a new campaign, guess twice when was last time since I did some work on it?

There is absolutely no point hiding it, although a few still active members would probably disagree. This project is dying.

This is where you guys and gals (any out there?) step in, follow examples of den5 and a few others. Maybe not as good as ours would be, but hey, at least it's better than nothing.

Yeah, same here. I just got out of school Thursday last week and hope to resume work on the R2 patch campaign later this week.

Raider Wars is also coming along slowly.

Since I had a virus infection in the chamber of my heart last week, It has been quite hard to stay awake but I'll manage. Haven't had much inspiration to edit RW missions.

Good to hear that things will pick up a bit.

School and work, the worst enemies to a fan-made project, but can't live without those two anymore...

I can quite easily live without school but not work unless I win the lottery.

edit- hope you get back on your feet real soon Darkblade.
