Yeah...relatively speaking. 
I mean, ten kilometers is still, what, almost six miles? That'd take you about eighty minutes to walk from bow to stern at average walking pace (4mph...do your conversion to kph yourself!

As for the PK I say around 15-20 kilometre is more likely.I say this because compare the pk to the dreadnaught which is 1.3 km in lenght and the pk absolutely dwarfs it..

We all know that the CGI companies for B5 got the scales of the ships wrong on occasion which makes a single comparison reference of the VPK in hyperspace slightly unreliable. Basically you have two references in that episode - one voice reference and one visual reference. I'm sure that TBP will use whichever scale reference seems more appropriate for the mod as both sizes are feasible for a ship with those capabilities.

What about Vorlon P-Killer then?
