Just start making it anyway. As it's not TBP specific, the team doesn't need to endorse it but can comply with its format or even help develop it if desired.

i wont deal with complains by thick people, and the launcher will be simplicity itself, no room for mistakes. i'll read this later when im less tired....

but since im the person who unofficial took most interest in how this thing will work, along with avenger of course, it will be our decision.
