http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/warzone/ - Go play Warzone

Several ships from previous campaigns and missions will be making apperances. We're trying to create alot of familiarity with people and ships...especially by the end of the campaign. That way, it means so much more to you when one of them gets lost.

We'd better not lose the Warlock! I love that ship, so many memories...

I was always rather attached to the Aquataine.

Cool stuff. At this rate, I'll probably have to take FS2 to college with me if I want to play the campaign, though. Hehe.

So is the big G a secret from the rest of the GTVA command? (Spies secret super ship building like during the GTI rebellion!!)

Not exactly, its a GTVA researched and funded project under the direction of intelligence personell because of the sensitive nature and the power it weilds. Also because of the inherent danger...and Intelligence types are more suited to it. This is an Ace in the hole if you will, standard GTVA pilots, lowly ship captains, and whatnot do not know about it.

The Aquataine might come back too? Sounds like you guys like the big ships...
And I think that all of us become attached to whatever ship we served on as a base of operations. That's just what happens if it's the name that you're always hearing. If you played FS1 first than you probably would become attached to the Bastion or the Galatea. If you played FS2 first it would probably be the Aquataine (although you never know, there are probably some Vasudans out there who wuv the Psamtik more ).

I hate the Aquitane. I've made sure that it dies an unpleasant death in Reciprocity.

I don't hold any particular attachment to it. I already destroyed it in one mission I made - the first mission of another campaign.

The Aquitaine doesn't have a central role in BWO. You'll see where it pops up...
