Well, the Golgotha is still under construction, so it doesn't officially have a commander. Admiral Kepler of GTVI is overseeing the operation to design and construct the Golgotha, however.

Its' okay to say that, IceFire...

You move around alot. BlackWater doesn't neccessarily have a home base...although they do have one for alot of missions.
