Not trying to be offensive but I really get mad when people think some of us don't know what we're talking about.

I hear you, but the honest truth is that most of the time they don't. I won't point fingers, I won't try to suggest one over another in this particular instance, but the issue does not seem to lie with 3DDownloads or FilePlanet. If it does, then I'll take some of it back and try and suggest some solutions.

However.

The entire team (with a few exceptions perhaps) has tested those downloads with success. I've had some friends and other non-related webmasters test the downloads. Success.

So then tell me why I am a huge skeptic when someone claims that every single mirror system we put this up on doesn't work. And they keep saying it, over and over and over again.

This is why I displayed a lack of paitence in my previous post. I apologise for perhaps going a tad bit too far, but I hope everyone can appreciate that the same questions are asked time and again.

The key thing is that it is much appreciated that team and non-team members are trying everything in their power to get people the components of the release and the patch. And I thank them for their efforts.

Here, here, my sentiments exactly.

I had a little difficulty in getting the download to start but after a few refreshes the downloads started and everything was fine
