Heehee! i got my new comp 2 weeks ago.

Duel Athelon 1.6gig processors.

1.5 gigs of DDR RAM

Radion 8500

120gig hard drive

8 70mil fans a new 3" heatsink and a slot fan. My cpu temp is 20 degrees!

And a meter tall chrome black case with a red chinese dragon crawling up the side. The case also has a locking door over the power and drives, and the side panel locks.

I'm so proud.

Oh and a cordless optical mouse and cordless keyboard

Final cost $1,300 (Monitor not included)

What? Will no one gawk at my obviouse computational superiority?

Sorry. I'm kinda full of myself. I have to remember that my system will be obsolete in 6 months

That's nothing compared to my Commodore 64.

Unfortunalty by buying the Radion 8500 I started a new tech war among my friends. Right now most of them are on e-bay looking for good prices on Wildcats and other development cards.

The last techwar was over monitor size. That one ended when someone bought a 5 foot parabolic display...
