I know a lot of people here play Counter-Strike, so I thoguht I'd share this tidbit I got off of Planet Half-Life:

The Cyberathlete Professional League (CPL) has announced that it will host a Counter-Strike $15,000 Team tournament at it's Babbages CPL $100,000 Tournament to be held this December in Dallas. In about one week, a Counter-Strike site at counterstike.thecpl.com will launch with details on the tournament as well as a sign-up page. Note: To enter the CS tournament, you must first register for the Babbages CPL Event.

Much as I'd love to make money playing games, I think it's so lame, I mean, imagine all the practice you put into playing CS, then you win - wow, what skill will that give you for a real life? Um, oh wait, none!

It would be fun to win, though...
