special starfury moves .. ??

hi
great mod .. after sierra had canceled his bab5 flight sim. I never think that I can fly a fury ;)

but is it possible to flight the special moves of a starfury like flight - rotate 180 degrees - shoot - and so on??
i hope anybody understand, what I mean ;)

The simiple answer is no. If you cam't do it in FS2, you wont be able to do it in TBP. The source code people want to add an number of B5 specific items. Whether any of them will involve ship movements we will just have to wait and see.

No, it is not possible, caused by the limitations of FS2 engine not supporting newtonian physics model, which is required for such maneuvers. Maybe in distant future.

starfury moves should become available through source code mods, there was an open version of TBP ages ago that had that sorta thing, with starfuries sliding sideways, not 180 spins tho

for sum reason they also made zephyrs and nials slide too (?) which was very strange but i dont know if this was carried over to the latest TBP open release

The problem was that the AI kept using those moves in ridiculous ways...

This was the reason... wasn't it?
