I am looking for the best multi-raced battle mission currently available.

A mission with lots for large Cap ships of different races slogging it out, lots of frenzied dog fighting, lots of supprises, nice twists.

I'm going to have a go at FREDing something myself, but until I do can anyone recommend any custom made missions that fit this bill? If so can I also have URL to download it. I have a fairly powerful PC so I should be able to handle anything that FreeSpace can throw at it.

Multi-raced battles? Not much of them moving around as I remember.

Might be some though, I dont have that much time to play anymore

here's an idea... seeing as they were able to make powerup items.... why not make a mission where all fightercraft are available, and make all sides present. at the start of the mission let the player choose which side they fight for buy selecting a pickup... they would then become allied to any team they wished.

Shauns mission 'Ambush in the Dark' fitted the bill just nicely. Those raiders sure take a while to go down. Well done Shaun
