stuck stuck stuck

i would really appreciate some info on how to get past the level where you must blow up the ammo dump. a red faction team mate is covering the door. i have placed the 2 charges on the first and second floor areas and have 45 seconds to leave. as i try to leave the ammo dump my team mate is blocking the door shooting at oncoming bad guys and will not move. i have searched the floors and walls for an area to blast thru but have found nothing.

There is a basement level as well... You have to place charges on the floor you enter on, the scafolding and in the basement. He will be out of your way then.
