The GTVA's economy

Do you know how many people died in Vega, Deneb, Polaris, Regulus, Sirius, and Capella?
Someting is sure, all those systems (except Deneb) are in a terrible economic status. Specially Epsilon Pegasi, because the NTF attacked it and the capellan refugees are in that system.
Do you know how many arm industries are in the GTVA?

Well, its a game, they never really focused on the economy; nor did they explain what happened afterwards. It would be safe to assume that the NTF war and Capella incident pretty much crashed the GTVA's economy though. My question for you is this: why post so many threads about stuff like this? Its common knowledge and you're not asking questions, so why? I really am confused...maybe I need more coffee.

The NTF rebellion and the civil war has probably crushed the GTVA`s economy, but the ability of building the Knossos device gave them new development possibilities.

And in any case, there must be a recovery period. In many cases devastated lands are quickly rebuilding their potential, if the politcs doesn`t disturb.
