Maybe it's a universe that didn't have cosmic inflation and therefore didn't grow as big as ours. But why there's no stars? Are the physics different in there or what?

Nothing in there? In my opinion it looks like there's something gas looking stuff, like Hydrogen, etc. in there.

There are lifeforms in hyperspace, but they can be encountered only if one goes far away from the standard routes. One of the lifeforms was encountered in one of the Crusade episodes. Excalibur travelled far away from beacons with the help of Galen's ship's sensors.

Lets think Hyperspace is another dimension, right?
What if it was our alternative world which was runned over by series of Supernova acidents? Time got drifted more faster and whole dimension was nebula?
Does't it have a greepy point?

I think hyperspace is supposed to be some kind of super-condensed universe paralell to ours. I think the 'scale' is something like one mile in Hyperspace is equal to one lightyear in ours.

From Babylon 5 to Earth is about 30 light years (give or take) in real space and takes around 4 days in hyperspace. This journey would take around 100 years in real space. Given that a ship doesn't have as much time to accelerate whilst in hyperspace your figures are not unreasonable but still probably more like 1 light year = 1000 miles.
