Question
Question. How do i open the texturing tutorial i found under tbp extras. i have nothing that will open a *.RAR file.
Also. i heard a rumor that the fs2 code was released. and with that you can successfully make fighter beams. will fighter beams be available in release 2?

You need Winrar, powerarchive or some other packer which is able to open .rar files...
Yes, FS2 source code was released. I'm not sure about figher beams, there were a topic about this, but if I remember correctly fighter beams will not be used (or other way around), mayby in Nial, but I can't figure anything else right now...

You can also try WinAce on winace.com It can UnPack *.zip, *.rar and others
