FreeSpace 2 source code changes?

Since the FreeSpace 2 source code has been released, how does this affect The Babylon Project? Will you finally be able to put in the massive Vorlon Planetkiller like you wanted to do months ago?

whoops, Also BWO is looking great, can't wait. It's just great that already there's real progress with the code, i thought it would have taken months for the smallest changes. The best thing anyone can do in life is make Freespace 2 better
