probably not..

first priority is to put in all the models that we've seen on TV..

then if any space/strength is left, they'll put in non-canon ships

Bin'Tak will be in the game sooner or later.
There is a lot of non-canon designs out there, we won't include every and all of them. Only good designs will be included if there's enough room left.

Priorities:
1) All canon ships + very good non-canon ships (like Tempest and Bin'Tak)
2) Good non-canon ships
3) If there's room left... misc. thingies

Edit: Brakiri fighter will be, dunno about frigate.
Oh yes... Drazi NightFalcon carrier... it will be used in my campaign.
