For those with crappy modems

If you have a crappy connection why not pay the team $5.00 or $10.00 to burn and mail you a copy of the mod. If that's legal, I'm not sure if Volition would get pissed that your tecnically making money off, what at the core, is thier product. Anyway if this is possible it would be nice for the many of you that don't seem to have access to anything better and a 56k modem, and it would be nice for the mod team. I think they deserve some level of monetary compensation for all the hard work. Hell I'm on a T1 and I'd happily fork over a few measily buck to show my appreciation. What do you guys think? If nothing else we should take these guys out for pizza I've always wanted to visit Europe. That where most of you are right? Do you have Pizza Hut there?

Oh, yeah, like broadband connections even exist in tasmania :P
it's either 56k or sattelite(which is bloody expensive) or ADSL (which isn't even in my general area)

I was under the impression that as long as the $5 was for S&H and the cost of the CDR, it was still legal ... ?

Its way too much of a grey area for me. If you have a friend who can burn the MOD....go for it.

But we're not doing that as the official team so I don't really want to hear about it.

what the hell is u peoples problem i have a 56k modem and i download 600 meg games. Just get a download manager and be a little patient.
