hi

i was trying to get the derelict campaign, but the url on the projects page is no longer valid. does anyone know any working download sources?

The same question.
And, by the way : AFAIK there was a release of brand new, much better skins for most of FS 2 craft and capships. Does anyone know where can I get these from? Googling and searching brought no results ...

the same with Derelict.
Please if anyone knows where to find all that stuff...

I can sortof help... I belive that Derilect was somewhere on the HLP archives, (http://www.3dap.com/hlp/freespace)... As for the new skins, the ones you are probably thinking of are the glowmaps brought to you by the SCP. If you havent seen the SCP, I'd suggest you do... It works on almmost every computer, regardless of specs... It is here at VWatch, and also at the HLP forums. Onnce you've downloaded the SCP release, and grab the Media VP file, all your ships will shine with the suns around them... If you can't find the SCP from the link above, wait untill Karajorma shows up, and click the FAQ in his sig...

karajorma has an upload, PM him

also, he has the VP and not the EXE, wich allows HOTU users to use it as well.

if you really want to see active Freespace modders.

also, go there, and go to the SCP forum. What they have done with the code is amazing.

i've started playing derelict today and im already stuck in the second mission where you got to deploy those nav thingys. when i come near the drop poit command tells me to press the "1" key to drop it, but after 10 mins of periodic key-pressing i gave up, it wont drop, no matter what. any hints how to solve this problem?

Mmmm can someone send me Derelict as well. I want to make sure one of the best and largest campaigns from the good ole days is still present regardless of what happened to the Archives.

i might give Derelict another go, since the SCP release has robotic voice thingy for non-voiced campaigns, even though a fully voiced campaign is FAR better then that robot voice.

Right now, i am still converting and compressing some movies.
