Update: After Shrike told me that the GS people said they were looking into it and it was a corrupt file problem I decided to contact them myself. I got the reply from their end, and they said that it was fixed on their side. The problem is, our forums were still not working, so I redirected the alert email to my account to check it out. Seems like the problem now is that we lost some of the data on our DB (I don't want to get into details right now), and it might take some time to recover it.

I just hope someone has a more recent backup than I do...

Probably not, as it would probably have been a lot worse if someone had intentionally attacked the database. The problem is fairly manageable, even if it might cause some inconvenience.
