well I don't want dave mad at us\me, but there is a legitimate problem that I was trying to get some info on, but it seems dave is a dead end on the subject so I will cut my losses and shut up, but I would still like any information on the situation

Fair enough. I, personally, would ask some RF team members, because IIRC Dave was working on Summoner at the time?
You might have to make the concession never to go public about what you learn, and even that might not do anything. But it's done things for me in other, totally unrelated situations. Just a tip.
