Ok I know that this is a little early for another up date but I feel I need to tell everyone. The Missiles I made wrok well. I am trying to get more bang out of the Naquada AMRAAMS but I already made the thing stronger than a cyclops torpedo. I have been using the ulysses as x/f-302's and death gliders. I may put the Gou'ald energy cannons on the mara just to give a litle realism to the sides, I have been using the Deminos for the prometheus, molocks for hat'ak and cheops, and I used the demond for apophis' ship. I have make some asgrad inspyered beam weapons for prometheus. I have also made tau'ri (energy) cannons for the x-303 as well. I have made the assalt rocket (which may need tweeking). I am also in the planing stage for the energy bombs for the Al'kesh bomber, I hope to make a similer weapon for the x/f-302. I also have the AMRAAM anti-fighter missile working. I made it do it would kill a unshielded ulysses with on shot, but think about it didn't the harpoon ( which it was not based on) have the punch to do it any way. well I plan on posting when I have the Energy bombs ready.

could a missile be made with the looks of a primary weapon?
for example, those huge blobs that come out of the large turrets, could they be modified to behave like a missile?
by the way.. how can curves be made efficiently with truespace?

I tryed giveing a missile a blob effect and the game shut down, and I tryed using seeking code for aspect and heat on a primary weapon. the aspect crashed the program and made the signin scrren all messed up. The heat just turned in the direction of the target but continued on in the same direction. Anyway I don't have a working knowlage of freespace other than lights, and the objects list. sorry.
I do however have an idea for the energy bomb. I'll need time to make the mesh and all. type to you later.

Well, I am in the process of converting the X-301 to POF but I can't figure out how to make it a parent. I always 000:Hull for the submodel name. Also I am on the TAP staff of at HLP. I will be working on stuff and will hopefully get to convert models with a little expert advies. I can then use that knowlage with this mod. I have an idea about the Gou'ald energy bombs. Make a moving mesh that rotates and use an ani file like on the warp mesh to simulate the glow. Or we could just make a primary that is angled down on the bombers, I think the game compensates for this but I'm not shore. Anyway, Ghostavo I need to know what ships you are working on. I think I have a shore fire way to make the rings for the motherships, I know I have said it before but this is a shore fire way this time. Just give me some time. I think I know the difference between the cheops and the Hat'ak. The tips of the rings on a cheop are angled in, however a hat'ak's angles out, I should be able to make one and just a just it with the other. Well that is today's update. If any one would like to help we would love the help. Right now it seems our biggest problem is textures. if anyone has seen Black Wolf tell him we need his help and that jc4jc is looking for him.

Good News, Bad News, Bad News, Good News
Well, in order; Good News #1: I found that I don't need the main mesh to be a parent to work. Bad News #1: However my meshes are buggy, I will need to redo the Death Glider, ant the X-301., I'm not shore about Ra's ship. Bad News #2: The next thing is.... I was working with the weapons.tbl when I got a code 2 error. I was trying to see what the problem was when I forgot to back up all the missiles. The entier secondary entery system for SG:1 was lost. Good News #2: But It gave me the oppertunity to review the weapons I had. I have Jane's U.S. Air Force, so I went though and selected 6 warheads to base the new weapons on. Janes will be given credit for the stats I use. The U.S. Airforce will also be given credit, sense they are the ones that own the missiles and rockets and bombs. Well things have been set back a little but I will try and work on it as best as I can.

Useless Pa'tak....... Sorry speeking in Klingon on a SG:1 mod post is well a little never mind. The Meshes I have made are very useless at this point. I may have to stop and concentrate on other aspects. I may make a mack up of the X-303. But at this point I may let Ghostavo do as much as he can. Without proper ships my SG1 missions seem out of place. I have been simulating three missions with the new weapons.
#Two on One Simulation- Promethus vs. A Hat'ak and Cheops(they are both molocks) and two vs two fighter wings. It is some what easy to destroy gliders in a head to head start. Wingman destroy most of the frist enemy wave, may be able to destroy one squadren by your self.
#Assalt on Apophis- the system lords mount an attack on a clone of apophs. three hat'ak, and one X-303 vs Apophis' super mothership. two wings of DG, three wings of x-302s on our side, no fighter support for apophis. later three cheops enter and launch one wing of DG apiece for apophis.
# Assalt on Ramses- One wing of x-302s launch an attack on a hat'ak. one wing of four (Alpha of course) vs six turrets, three armed transports, and a hat'ak. No fighter support at all for gou'ald.
Ghostavo if it is alright with you I would like to make it known that we could use any truespace experianced modelers to help. With three people and one being MIA we need help in the Model department. My skill resides mainly in Milkshape3d, and converting into POF in truespace. If any one with experiance is out there and has a love for Stargate please post. We need help. And I don't want these nice weapon stockpiles I have, collect virtual dust. Please.

Some good news I just sent a reply to a note I recived from black wolf. He's back. I'm have trouble getting time in becuse of Collage and Homeworld stuff. I am presantly hoping to get work started on the X-301 LOD 04. Just to get some good feeling back in the enviroment. X-301, X/F-302, DG, very basic Hat'ak and cheops(NO COMPLEX RINGS ) ~heavy sigh~. X-303, and maybe an asgarde ship (basic Thor level.)
I would Like to present these new ships into the mix.
All Asgrade
Cruiser(FS2 defined)- Anti DG alkesh ship. Four anti-fighter beams, three medium cruser beams. non-canon
"Corvette"(FS2 Defined)- thors ship basicly. anti-hat'ak/cheops ship. Four heavy beams, two medium beams and four anti-fighter beams
"Destroyer"(FS2 Defined)- Advanced asgarde, like the one the replicatiors used against Apophsis. Six heavy beams, four medium beams, and five anti-fighter beams.
"Juggernought"(FS2 Defined)- The "O'neal". The most advanced asgarde ship created. Six megabeams, eight heavy beams, twelve anti-fighter beams. No intro needed.

Another Update
I have been working on the weapons and have made some changes to the sounds for them. I have also added a tau'ri huge turret, and a Btau'ri heavy beam. I plan on making several beams for the asgard an placing them on ships. I have change the weapons in the ship.tbl to where they will default. Right now I am using the Molock for Hat'ak and Cheops cruisers, I am using the Demon for sokar/apophs's ship. I am using the Demoes for the Promethus, and I am going to use Vasudan ships for the asgard. The Atens for the cruiser I stated earlyer, The Sobek for thors ship, the Hatshepsut for the advanced mothership, and the Colossus for the O'neal. This is only unteal I can make any models for any of these ships.

DEATH GLIDER VS X-302 DEMO
Not anytime in the near future. I still have to make a detailed mesh of each. I Don't know when I am going to be able to present anything( other than screen shots) at this time.

Back in action
Hi everyone after a week and a hafe vacation I'm back. I hope to have some models done soon however I am again having trouble with truespace. At this time I, by axident deleted my Basic GMothership. I will have to start from scrach, which is truthfully good sense the last one looked really really bad. Anyway I will hope to post again soon. UNtil then, keep the game alive.

Yeat Another Update
Hi everyone in order to keep us in veiw I have the following to bring forward:
A new ship.
Asgard Attack fighter (non-canon). An attack Drone armed with forward firing beams that will pulse like the AAA beam, I know it's perfect (:evil . the beams will most likly have to be short range projectilse that have a trail tha vanishes very quickly, in order to prevent frienly fire somewhat. I would have it look Like an Asgard ship (pritty universal looking ships) only the twin pillons would be reduced to one centered upside down pillon. Also the 'wings' will be reduced to hafe the lengh.
so tell me what you think.
