It's not just FS2 that has their bad guys' roots in the early 21st century. I-War 2 does as well. I saw a Maas lorry driving down a motorway. Who would have thought that a lowly mass (maas?) transit company would come to dominate Known Space in the 2300s.

Parallel universes at work?
..
..
..
RUN!!! Its the feared fleet of Maas star-lorries!

Give it a break Someone.

Everybody cant speak or write english perfectly and they wont ever do that...

You really cant expect everybody be so perfect... You go and try speak Finnish or Japanese or any other language. What it would be if everybody here would talk their own language?

The Maas corporation is headed by Caleb Maas and controls much of known space in I-War 2. It is a mining company and keeps its miners in slavery through 'debt management'. You lead a revolt against it (oops, plot spoiler) and get involved in something bigger (what originality). Get I-War 2. It's the best space game around (in my opinion), except for the 'capital ships', which are tiny.

1) Freespace II is better than I-war II. It's a great game but I got sick of all the flying too and from missions.

2) The capships aren`t actually that tiny in I-war. It's just that you fly past them at about 10 times the speed of FS2
