Psi Corps didin't end their activity after Telepath war, but they did same thing that KGB did, chanced name... Different name, but same friendly way to treath peoples

psi cops don't have to be high P rated.. Talia interned with them, she said she wouldn't get very far as a P5 but there was no hint of them saying she was not being powerful enough to be a Psi cop.

If I remember correctly a P12 is automaticly a Psi Cop, but beyond that I'm not real sure.

Talia interned with them, but she would not be a cop. Cops are 10-12. Bloodhounds, telepaths who assit in the hunt for rogues could be lower level Teeps.

Psi corps rank order:

P12 = Psi Cop, officer position, Black Omega
P11-10 = Bloodhound
P9-8 = Teacher and some official jobs
P7-6 = Official jobs
P5-1 = Commercial Telepaths
P0 = Mundane

Or I at least think that it went something like that...

Stronger than all other non-First One telepath anyway. Whether she is stronger than any First One is a matter of debate. Don't forget that the Vorlons saw her as a weapon not as a powerful telepath. This might be some indication that she is not as powerful as most Vorlons.
