My first beam weapons mission.

My first missiom taht I can really remember was the first one where I really got the beam weapons working on all the ships for the first time. I had two hecates, several demios, and beam turrents along with the collosus against three ravanas, several shivan corvettes, and one lovely juggernaught. that was a fun mission, esp with invincibility on The corvettes would fall like flies with the destroyers soon after.
Now I've moved on to two campains, one for FS2 and one for TBP. Both involve civil war in the Sol system. My little preview campain for the FS2 one has some long missions on it, like waves of bombers with dumbfire missiles against a coulple of fighter wings, Aleous cruiser and a badly damaged Orion. If your good you could rack up to 40 kills, but 20 may be average.

I still have problems with objectives though, only have one mission where that works and I'm quite mystified as to how I did that

Practice you need in the art of patience. Seek not the goal but the path to enlightenment.
