Never shown.
As far as PsyOps goes...the AoG ones are better too....a big blade in the sky is pretty fearsome...not a Jabba the Hut barge.

Nice idea. Dilfar campaign
When the EA Civil War is completed I would greatly like to help with the development of a DILGAR WAR campaign !
I have also ideas for a CIVIL WAR offspring campaign, but a Dilgar campaign would be really cool.
I have ideas for a story showing the war from all sides : A Dilgar pilot ( not evil , simply fulfilling his duty to fight for his kind ) , from the point of view of a narn pilot , and of course from the point of view of the Earth Alliance.
It would reproduce the various emotions of the ones who once participated in it : Hatred , Furiousity , Despair , Sorrow , Triumph , Defeat , Worry and Regret.
The campaign would be STAR CRAFT like , but not strictly linear but overlapping, telling the story of 3 or 4 characters from all sides meeting each other. So, the whole campaign would have a complete and consistent plot , though it would be made of 3 or 4 smaller campaigns with cross-over events.

Overall I don't think the Dilgar were evil, their homeworld was on the brink of destruction and they were desperate to save their people by any means.
During the EA campaign section it would be interesting to bring up moral questions once the war seems sealed.
"Won't trapping the Dilgar in their home system be potential genocide even worse then what they did during this war?"
...etc.

The Dilgar we're xenophobic yes? That is the reason why they'd do atrocities on the other races, right? And being xenophobic doesn't make you evil

No, that's Xenocidal you're thinking of. I'm arachnophobic but it doesn't automatically follow that I want to kill spiders.
The Dilgar leadership might be evil, but individuals wouldn't be. We've only ever met one Dilgar in B5, and she was as evil as they come, but then this is B5 - there's always grey areas.
Among human leaders there are Pinochet, Hitler, George W Bush, Lenin and Margaret Thatcher - quite a diverse group, and that's a small crosssection to say the least.
I don't think it's fair in any means to say an entire race - or in this case an entire species - is characterised by the actions of its government.
somewhere in there I'm concerned I might inadverdently be saying something topical.

HEH, when I first signed on to this forum I was thinking about trying to help write a Dilgar campaign... but never did anything with that... Skullar, if you need any helps with ideas or anything, just give me an email drphear@hotmail.com.
I also wonder about the actions of sealing the Dilgar up.... I don't know if Earth Force knew that their Sun was so close to going super nova.... but even if they did the question of whether or not they were justified in taking that action can be argued either way... The Dilgar didn't have to invade other worlds... They didn't have to unleash biological weaponry and other autrocites on civilian populations... The Diligar broke seemingly pre agreed rules of conduct... something that never was signed or written, but agreed upon by races... (Like the Centauri broke said rules when thay Bombarded Narn with mass drivers) There is no real answer to the question... But a campaign for this topic could be amazing, since all sides are right, and all sides are wrong. You have driving forces for all three stated factions... all three start their actions from a deep fear.... I hope to see this campaign soon

Actually I don't need help because I am not concerned with the Dilgar War. My baby still is the EA CIVIL WAR. So, if someone starts work on a dilgar war campaign I will help him via making suggestions and offering storyplot ideas. But so far there is nothing but an idea to make a campaign.

If enough Dilgar ships are made, I'd love to do this campaign with creative help from everyone here. (so I keep facts as close as possible with canon)
Anyways the Dilgar *did* need to invade other worlds, as their homeworld was dying. If they did not seize new worlds there would be no place for the refugees.
However, the Dilgar invasion must have broken rules, plus the use of bioweapons is immoral regardless. The question is how does the regular Dilgar citizen feel about this however? They know that if they do not conquer their species will die, most would be willing to turn a blind eye to attrocities commited by their leaders if it meant a new homeland. (Adds a whole new meaning to "Homeland Security" )
Anyways if I was to do this campaign, making all sides right and all sides wrong would be a major point since B5 is definately a universe in shades of grey.
