blacked out started when I was just 4 years old... but it wasnt as often as I accidentaly may have led you believe that.

I havent been blacking out for about 10 years or so, but then I have blacked out 2 times these last 2 years... the time I went to blackness during lunch was about 10 years ago... the 2 other times were last year.

the first time I remenber have blacked out was when I was pulling a tooth off when I was 5, there was so much blood while was whashing my mouth, I woke up sit IN the toilet...I had to call for my mom to get me out!! LOL

I went to the doctor but had nothing more than low blood pressure. But I cant stand watching brain surgery... but its not the blood itself, as i once had a bicicle acidednt in barb wire and the other time I wrestled a dog in an alley, both times I walked myself home all ragged up and soaked red.

Blood pressure got worse as i got older and now I'm forced to drink!!!

My dad used to black out too... I remember once when I was little I found him lying under our car. Ofcourse I was too small and stupid to tell the difference between a lightbulb and a bulldozer so I really didn't understand what was going on, but my mom totally freaked out.
His blood pressure was jumping around like a rabbid in heat. Diabetes is a bitch

Ashrak - especially for a young person that's not a good blood pressure. Anything over 130/90 is considered hypertension (high blood pressure) - you might want that looking at. Mine's around 105/60 at times (120/80 is average) and I have almost passed out once or twice just by standing for a long time. Lying down sorts it out and the "grey curtain" goes away and I stop sweating, etc. but it's still not fun. I think I go a little hypotensive (low blood pressure) when I haven't eaten for ages and I go a little hypoglycaemic (low blood sugar) too (around 3.8 mmol/L). I'm not diabetic though - I've actually done an oral glucose tolerance test for one of my medicine course practicals so I don't really know what's going on. Anyway, that was a bit of a tangent to go off on...
