My cookies, your cookies and the real cookies - It's sad that my cookies are imagined - maybe I should go buy some at local store.

The truth (but not the whole truth ) is that those of us not on military service are either doing projects for UNI or working out on their ultimate twist in their lives . Theres not really many models left for R2, all the fighters are donne, support ships, freighters, only a few cap ships to go including B5, but these are the ones that are the most difficult furballs to finish and are only worked on when we got the time for it.I alone took 3 months to finish the Vorchan (damn tomcat demands!! ).

It would help to get dedicated texturers (our only obstacle right now)
Senior staff dont believe we can get them so soon, and I dont blame them, all that offered their services in this last 6 months have quit and never finished a single B5 ship.

I'll play as hell advocate and say ,Kids in late high school are ideal for this, at least when their at homes and skiped classes and not studying they can always put aside some of their uselessness and spend some time texturing for us.
Who knows? maybe they will end up as proffessional designers/drawers, and avoid wasting any time in UNI.

I'd love to do texturing for you guys. But i don't have skills (i beleive everyone saw my attempt at the raider CNC), or the time required.

The biggie is the Omega....which Tomcat is working on...but he's been away abit himself with very understandable circumstances. Lesser important models include the Asimov, updated Nial textures/model, Tishat (Minbari medium fighter from AoG), and the Warlock.

At this point, we're going to try and get the biggie done and do the rest in a patch (also would include B5 which is going to take some more time no doubt). We want to do it right...

Exclamation RELATED TO TEXTURING

What u need is :
***a aplication that is designed for 2d image processing a real app not paint, a aplication that support layers (Photoshop,PSP, Corel Photopaint, GIMP -this is GNU free appication almost same functionality like photoshop.. http://www2.arnes.si/~sopjsimo/gimp/ or gimp.org/~win32)
***depending on how u do the maps. u need Lithium Unwrapper to make UV maps (like unfolding the model and obtain the texture maps for it in order to process them later) or we can u supply the UV map so u don't need to extract the map.. but in this case L:ithium is very important to visualize what are u texturing or witch part are working on.
***truespace not really necesary since we only need the Lithium model plus maps *.LUM + *bMP

Important tutorials:
http://www.xwaupgrade.com/tutorials/tutorial.htm this are the best tutorial i saw until now for low poly models..it is important the procedures used to achieve the goals ..all 2d app hase those options..
a tuttorial related to the use of Lithgium and all about FS2 modeling is IP andrews tutorial.

Now go and make your self needed..

BTW the bonus is you inclusion in B5team that fancy image under the name ....adn U GOT TO PLAY WITH TBP FUTURE RELEASE MODELS BEFORE OTHER PEOPLE(THAT IS CALL TESTING OR TEASING OTHERS)

Thats right!!!! TBP WANTS YOU for texturing. Join NOW!

Its no big deal, I took 1 month to learn the basics and textured 1 ship in the process.

Besides theres several motivations and advantages for those who join:

-youll have access to beta stuff of all kinds.
-youll have access to ships that are ready much sooner than the public (ex. R2/R3 ships that are even now ingame)
-youll have our gratitude and the privilege of your life to be our servent
