Looking good. I like what you did with the nose.

The .pof of this ship incidentally has a really nasty bug. FS2 crashes when the ship is viewed from a certain direction. I wish Eternal One was here because he kicks my ass when it comes to fixing this kind of stuff.

I can't see anything wrong when I look at the mesh in Truespace although it was a nightmare to stick together from it's component parts. Probably the trueSpace 4.2 booleans doing something nasty to the mesh.

Might release the .pof in a couple of days. In it's unstable state for those interested. Until I find out how to fix it.

Those are hangers at the back

Since Zylon has posted the pic. How about making those tanks/cylinders on the top and bottom silver as opposed to grey, like on the real life model. A slight colour change to make the detail different than the body of the model. Then adding those circular indentations to the vertical cylinders. Plus some form of runway/landing strip lights or markings on the flat strips at the back fo the ship.
