Thats true.
The starting of the fighters after jumping in is the exeption.
Every time when an armada attackts, the fighters start in hyperspace and "jump" through the jumppoints of the caps.
So it would be logical to let the fighters jump in a while before the carrier (without docked fighters) follows.

my only complaint is that the textures need to be either darker or more worn.

*** **** it, I wish I could texture like that...truespace hates me when it comes to texturing...grrrrrRRRR!!!
