Well if they do make anther FS i hope they add anther race into the mix first one and the secound have the same race fight bascle the same thing the Shivens, well yes the NTF but that terran species. same species that the GTA is. and my thot on the acients is how can the shivans annilate the entire species. there empire was so big there most be a a world some where that the shivans dont now about. just a thot

Indeed the most important thing (other than gameplay) is a well designed story, Take the freespace2 campaign for instance, that would be just another Space combat sim without the immense playability and a Cracker of a story to keep you playing to the end over and over again. Also let's not forget to replayability from various user-made campaigns and modifications that you all have contibuted over the time that the freespace universe has existed over the past couple of years and for that you have my thanks. "KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK" that is for the entire Blackwater operations team. your work has simply been astouding and i have previously mention that i have a feeling that blackwater ops would be the ultimate campaign/Mod for freespace two.

But lets say the Shivan dont now about the plant that they had people living on they could have made a colonia right after they first attack the shivans a lost and left it alone never for any one out side to reture to the plant so the shivan could not find it . so if the shivans dont now about the plant how can they hunt them down. just anther thot.

Ok ill try to do this agin. The Ancients when they first found the Shivans they attack never had they been defeated. There Empire was big the PVN and the GTA were part of there Empire as well as alot of other world and systems. Lets say that after they lost to the Shivans they made a coloney plant far away from there homeworld. gave them all they need to surviy on the plant. then collapsted all the Subspace nodes to the system never to reture agin. then the shivan would not now were they are. even if the shivan detect were they are jumping from how could they now there a coloney it could be just alot of warship trying to make it back to the homeworld to defend it the best they could. just a thot i hope you can read this

I know there will be some really good campaigns coming out this year, BWO, AoD and machina terra just to name a few. Also not meaning to critise ***** but doesn't the unholy alliance campaign/mod seem a litte "big" on the order of sixty missions? and proposed CD?
