i have the drawing of 1 and the drawing of 3 but i never found the drawing of 2. and about the madwoman i found some book in the room with the tome in hallassar that said you have to throw the crown into a crevass deep into the earth but i never found out what that was suppose to mean.

I think there is a deep crevice with no end in Paladur or Eleh, I am almost sure its in Eleh near where all of Yago's friends are burried, I never saw that book you are talking about maybe you have to research the room in the castle after you search it in the beginning of the game?

drawing of 2 comes from the tome of Neurkjdksljflksjd, you have to kill something I think, and you use the magic circles there I think, the paper circles <no clue>

the paper circles are for the place in hopris where you get the seeds. you decipher them with the window in the back of the room where it says it keeps the secrets of the people there thanx for the tip on where to get the drawing of 2

The drawing of 2 was at the top of Indubal. As I recall, Sangaril had to pick the locks on one of the locked doors. You should still be able to go back there, btw.

The 4 ghost monkey and earlier poster was looking for then is probably the one by the shell shuttle that takes you to the University and Arena districts if you already got the ones at Mas Raldo's and by two of the water god shrines.

ive got three monkeys. I found two in harbor, but the one i found was near the magic shop. right behind the stall where the guy is selling guts or stomachs. maybe that is the one everyone is missing. But i dont know which water god from the market place has a ghost monkey.

Okay, I have been doing this somewhat out of order but here's the deal. I got all 4 monkeys and am in Miridans Pass. I get the text message on the screen from the poachers that says Run! but I can't see the poachers. The only thing I see is those dang trees. Am I really that slow ir is there a trick to finding them? Anyone know where their hideout is? Perhaps I can just go there and get the monkey/pet thingy. Thanks.

Last one is behind one of the tables in the marketplace. I think on the bottom level, but not sure if I'm remembering right.

GHost monkeys...

Mas Raldos bed

Behind one of the first shrines as you enter harbor one on your right as you exit raldos

Behind gut dealer table down on bottom level by magic shop and armor dealer

Along wall in shuttle pod area to university



Take to Miridans pass - if your creature is full grown the secret door to cave behind the waterfall will be open and the poacher will be in there with ghostmonkey cage.

If your little creature isnt full grown then there will be poachers on the bridge who take of running - you can chase them all around but they just do a loop back to near the campfire and open the secret cave entrance and go inside - you can then kill them there

Once you have both cage and trap go to bridge where the monkey who got away is making sounds and use each trap and cage to release the monkeys - the last one will drop an item for you

but the real reward is knowing you have preserved the Ghost monkeys from the bad effects of poaching



Side note..... the book tells ya to throw crown in a deep chasm to destroy it - not to long after entering the ELeh Caverns you will come across an Eye Icon that says "my what a deep chasm......." use crown and it and book will disappear and you can rest easy no one else will ever be possed by the evil crown and kill innocents in the name of the Queen of Halassar


There are two type of circles in the game - papaer circles (undechiphrable writing_ and magic circles (6 ravens around a circle)

Paper circles (6 exist with sixth one being deadly venom formula) are as already noted for poison formulas and are used in Assasins lab in ruins of hopris

Magic circles (5 exist that i have found even though 6 ravens and five circles - seems counter intuative) they are used in tome of nastynecromancers (love my version of that spelling) as one way to unlock easter eggs by the demon heads and to get different stat bonuses once you reach raven circle at bottom of tower at top of the hill

It seems this has turned into a help thread. I read somewhere that, and I believe it was cheesyproof, that if you have entered the tree of Elah area, then it's too late to plant the seeds, can anyone comment and tell me what were the seeds for. Thanks.

Here's some help...

Ok I came in curious about the puzzle that was being talked about...

I've found all four monkeys in Munari City and since it appears everyone has only captured three. I'd post where their at to be helpful. I had the hardest time trying to find all four monkeys. Well anyway here's where the monkeys are at...

1.)The first monkey- Ya know where the guy who lost these four monkeys are... Well the ramp that leads up to him, well theres also one that leads down, you go down the ramp and turn to the right, and there in the right hand corner next to a sales merchant is some boxes and of course your monkey.

2.)The Second monkey- Ok ya know thoses tunels that leads between the Market/Harbor and the University/Arena. Well ya look around the walls and you should be able to find your second monkey.

3.) The third moneky- Is in the harbor area. When you first enter Munari city you go up the stairs to Maia's friend's house, check by the right side of the bed and you will surely find monkey number three.

4.) The fourth monkey- Is also in the harbor. Upon leaving Maia's friend's house you go to the right up to the pools or where the Munari worship their Gods going just passed the shrine amd around behind it is where the fourth monkey is.

Guys you got this all mixed up.


when he says "Monkey" he means the miridian's pass little baby monster"

you can move him around till he is comfy and feed him nuts (not too many of one type) if he is happy he'll fight on your side at the battle of Miridian's pass later in the game.

"Invisable monkey's" is a sperate quest where your trap monkeys in Munari city and then kill poachers at Miridian's pass, then set all the monkies free there.

I'm not sure where all the drawring are (1,2,3) but they are all there (just look all over) Furthermore you do not have to have them all, if you know the sequence you can use it without the drawrings. for 25k exp


The Mad woman's crown can be thrown into the pit near the fork (right fork) of eleh cave.
