umm.. word can export (badly) to HTML, so it may be an idea to do this if noone can be @r$ed to actually manually do it.

omg, no...Word = worse than Frontpage at making HTML crap. Maybe toss it into Dreamweaver and see what gets spit out ... or if nothing else, someone with a bit of patience could convert it.

Dreamweaver aint bad as HTML code goes. Has a clean-up system in some of the later versions. You can even make it conform to the W3C, which is damn impossible under FP.
