Do you have MSN or AIM? cause it would be easier to talk live.

I do have MSN, however, I do not use it, however, as there is a large danger of spam, as my sister found out when she used it. Also, it doesn't work. I don't know why. We probably can't talk live, anyway, as I am on these forums at college, who doesn't have MSN, and I have to compete with my sister and my brother for computer time, who both get home before me. Finally, to complicate it, I can only go online after 6pm (GMT), as local rate calls are cheaper then.

Anyway - try uninstalling the IPX drivers for your computer - go to Control Panel - Network Settings and you'll find it in one of those tabs (I can't check now, as this computer is locked down tight and I don't have time to crack the security).
If there are no IPX drivers installed, then install sone, by clicking on the Add (or Install, I can't remember) button, selecting 'protocol' and then selecting IPX.

Finally, I need to know if you have a network card or not.
