It is Christmas and all, so I am not gonna go offensive, this time.
But please Edwin, why don't you search around yourself? We don't necessarily know any such sites without searching for them, and if someone happens to know such site, he will most likely post a link to it. So no need to repeat questions.

google.com is a good place to start searching, use search parameters like "Paint Shop Pro 7 tutorial". It should give you a plenty of hits.
