Well, if you still have all the registration info, you could try sending an email to everyone who once uploaded and to those who downloaded to ask for missions and stuff. Last I remember, there were some >500 single missions for FS1 alone...

Word is the database is still intact ... waiting for the account to be re-created since their hard drive failed.

Better news ... I FOUND A FULL BACK-UP ON ONE OF MY OLD HARD DRIVES!!!! Well, of FS1 and FS2 missions/mods ... and it dates back to Sept. 13, 2001 ... but still, better than nothing, right!?!

I will keep ya'll informed. I'm trying not to jump around like a little school-girl hahaha

talk about a loss of huge proportions...can you guys get telefragged to at least compensate the VWA for its total loss of all data? After all, surely they have to take responsibility for the possible ending of one of the only (possibly THE only) websites with a near complete collection of contributions to the freespace world. In the meantime, I have the following campaigns, utilities, and mods:
