While there are ships in FreeSpace 2 that have more than one docking point, multiple-dock point stability is....how do I put it.....oh yes, nonexistent. My favorite result is when the docker ship attempts to pick up the second dockee and inexplicably zooms a billion meters away at a quadrillion meters a second. Amazing.
Still, as Xahpod said, we can script around it. If nothing else, you can always gimmick it and have the Zephyrs appear to be attached to the thing when it's really just some clever positioning of all the ships.

Ok, this is a bit of a roundabout idea and is probably more
hassle than it's worth but I thought I'd throw it in anyway.
Couldn't you do another model with zephyrs as part of the
model? Then when you want to launch them in game you
would destroy the original model (no explosion tag) warp
in the model without zephyrs (no hyperspace ani) and some
zephyrs just in front of the ship. As I said, probably more work
than it's worth but I think it would work.
Oh and by the way KMN I like the ship a lot.

It's funny, I kinda like the ship and you've done a fantastic job on it
Would it be theoretically possible to have more than one docking point on the ship and then have the Raider Zephyrs launch from each of the separate points? If not then that is as expected anyway. It wouldn't make too much difference as the fighters usually launch well away from the ship so that the mother ship can hide and remain undetected so you would not normally see fighters being deployed.

Thats true.
The starting of the fighters after jumping in is the exeption.
Every time when an armada attackts, the fighters start in hyperspace and "jump" through the jumppoints of the caps.
So it would be logical to let the fighters jump in a while before the carrier (without docked fighters) follows.
