im makin one right now... it looks pretty damn spiffy. It's mainly green, though, with some nice greys and white here and there. once its done Ill post a screenshot or two... hey, maybe we can even get a VWatch XP theme or two...

To do the special designs in vBulletin, you have to make a bunch of templates. It allows for much more customizable features than any other bulletin board software, but it's also a lot more complicated than just changing the colors like you do in other boards.
