I do have every episode on video and a TV card (on my Dad's computer) so I can transfer any B5 episode or film (I have them all except LotR) into DivX format but I just have one problem - how? Whenever I record I only seem to get the video and not the audio. Does anybody know any good software for copying videos to their computer?
As soon as this is done then other people may have access to them. I really want them on my computer as I have no simple means of watching videos at university

Adobe Premiere comes with capture functions I believe, so long as your capture card is compatible.. considering it's a TV card rather than a dedicated capture card, I'd not get your hopes up.. and that goes for getting new capture software too..
You could output the sound through a SCART converer into the input of your soundcard, record it into your favourite sound editor then edit it with the video in a program like Premiere.

On your sound card there should be three 4 pin connectors on the actual board itself. These are for modem sound input, CD sound input and auxiliary sound input. There should also be a 4 pin connector on the TV capture card. This is for sound output. If you have a spare CD audio cable you can connect the TV capture card to your sound card through the auxiliary connector. It's all done internally inside the case.
Then in the TV capture software you just need to make sure that it is setup to receive sound through your sound card's auxiliary port and that should be it. When you record, as long as you have connected the source sound to the capture card it should record it all in one go.
I really hope that makes sense.

I've got all of season 1, most of 2, and pretty much all the best battle or dramatic episodes from later seasons. Got the dvd rip of In the Beginning, and a couple other movies.

I'm not the DALnet expert here, but you have logged in before you tried to access the channel?
Nickserv should announce when you have logged in, too bad that sometimes Nickserv is really laggy or does not work at all...
