Congradulations
Oh, how silly, I forgot to congradulate you, silly me.
Congradulations on not dying!
I realize that sounds callus, but think about it: Why congradulate you for aging another year? It's a biological process that you don't control (chronologically speaking, if we spoke in terms of biological age, then we might have something to congradulate). But not dying, while partially out of your control, is something you can signifigantly influence and in all honesty, an increasingly impressive feat.
"What are you so happy about? All he did was not die!"

If you live in a civilized world if you are allowed to drink when you're 18, In what kind of world do I live then?
Here you're allowed to drink with 16!!!...

Well, I could start by saying the same about caffeine, nicotine or most other drugs (yes, if you have enough of any drug then things happen). The point is that alcohol has a wide variety of effects and it is the (minor or otherwise) abuse of such drugs that leads to people's perceived problems.
Would it interest anyone to know that proper scientific surveys repeatedly show that drinking a couple of units of alcohol a day is actually beneficial to your health?

Very true. However, it's not drinking I have a problem with, it's getting drunk.

Actually, when I said I had no problem with drinking, I meant with other people drinking. I've only tasted alcohol once, by accident (I thought it was orange juice ), when I was 10. I decided it tasted so bad I would never touch the stuff again as long as I lived.

Hmmm, I thought the same when I was about ten. Then came the nights out and the social drinking culture. You learn to like beer, etc.
Now:
Beer=
