First off the Enterprise is its own class. There are 2 carriers named Enterprise, The nuclear one today and an WWII one. There were 7 ships with the name Enterprise.

Post on a side topic

Anyone ever been to the USS Lexignton in Chorpus Christi, TX? I thought it was interesting, but at the time they had a huge Jelly fish problem and when you looked over the side of the carrier, all you'd see was jelly fish.

No, but I have been on a Spruance class destroyer, Arleigh Burke class destroyer, Ticonderoga class guided-missile cruiser, Nimitz class aircraft carrier, the CV-8 Hornet (you know, the WWII era one...) and a tiny little minesweeper thing that looked like a glorified PT boat.
