Depends on engine system. For hyperspace engines it is Quantium 40.
Drives itself does not require fuel but reactors do, perhaps more advanced ships does not even require fuel for reactors at all, they can create their own fuel in the process.

Hrmh.. If they use some sort of fusion technology then the "fuel" must be hydrogen... There's no point using He or Li, their fusion is much less useful because of their enormous amount of energy required for the nucleuses to "melt" together.
