Let me throw this one out then............
how bout releasing ships one at a time? Or in smaller packs?
OR-An individuals can put out the word that they have mod(s) available for testing or just want to share and anyone interested can E-mail that person and the file(s) can be sent thru the e-mail?Another member sent me a pack of converted fighters for me to test and only one didn't work.I have a HEAVILY modded game and for these ships to work for this long (since March),just goes to show that SOME converted ships can work.
Also how bout other ships.I mean wouldn't you love to see a Sharlin carve up the Enterprise? Or a pack of Nova's tear up Star Destroyers?
I am not trying to shift the idea here. B5 was,no is the greatest sci-fi saga EVER on the small screen or the big screen.I'm just throwing ideas out to the indi's out there who may not be able to create ships for TBP but who can convert ships and/or build lower quality ships not acceptable into TBP.
We shouldn't be yelling and fighting over topics such as this.You are right if more of us (The skilled ones not idiots like me) came together and collaborated on this. Trust me if we were all in the same place on the same page and getting paid to do this full time,we would have a game so beyond anything else in quality. But life sucks in the real world. Trust me I know.
One small set of events set off my freshman year kept me out of college. And boy let me tell you from kowing what my friends got to do really lets you know that reality can really suck!
