The beam question is not my area, so I let someone else to answer it.
Actually Technomage ships are also faster than WS, and surely there is others too. WS is just the fastest ship in ISA. Perhaps even Drakhs have something juicy in their arsenal, a ship designed to go toe-to-toe with Whitestars. 
And perhaps The Legen of the Rangers shows few new cool ships also.

About the beams: Isn't it a problem that normal beam cannons always charge up for a second or 2 before firing? I mean, if the Whitestar is gonna be as fast as a fighter, It has to fire from a long range, or miss his target. As far as I know, the Anti-fighter beam does't have this. Isn't it possible to boost the power of an antifighter beam specially for the WhiteStar?

btw if its a bomber then where do the bombs come out of i hope under the ship becasu all of us pull up when we fire bombs so ittl be cool if under ship the only problem is that if u turn down not pull up then u die

Whitestar does not have secondaries, we'll probably add secondary gunpoints for several playability reasons but missiles/bombs won't be used.
WS didn't had any missiles or bombs in the show (except when Sheridan blew part of a Shadow city to hell and back) , so they won't be used

Nope, it does not have to charge up. It can fire instantly, if wanted. Or it can charge for 125 seconds if so desired. It can be set in the tbl file.... AAA beams can also be set to blow Sathanas with a single shot. Again, if needed.

yeah. You can do ANYTHING with the beam weapons.
i took the Alance fighter beam from the Hypermod 2 MOD and made it as thick as the SD Lucifer and as powerful as a Helios.

Agreed, which is why the smartest solution would be to just have one beam and make it fire only at capital ships and leave the pulses to fire both at fighters and capital ships.
The pulse cannons themselves spell doom to any fighter so no need to double up on that.

Well.....
You could use the fire-beam event, it would just require some mission tweaking, but it would work.
After all, it is hard to hit a whitestar, so it would be just smart to make the enemy hit it only a few times in a battle.

well its no biggy but if whitestar is a bomber it still wont fly as a fighter because to fly like a fighter it has to be a super bomber and its not

I know drakhas...they lost us somewhere...they are focusing ont he whitestar beam when that is not the problem. Let me make this clear...How are OTHER cap ships going to shoot the WS with their MAIN beams if the whitestar is a bomber not a capship? The main beams only fire on other capships to my knowledge.

With fire-beam event the other capships can be 'ordered' to fire their main beams at the Whitestar.
Other example: You can have Sathanas fire its main beams at Perseus

the ONLY juicy thing the Drakhs had was the SPK. That was destroyed when anderson rammed it with the Victory.

And that you simply can't know until you know what was supposed to happen in later seasons in "Crusade".
