I have been downloading it for the past 5 1/2 hours and I am at 94%, I have read so many good posts commending the efforts of the whole team, I know I wont be dissapointed by this and I dont think I will bother goin to bed tonight I will have too much fun sitting up all night playing it

I am really looking forward to flying with a wingman who doesnt get fried every mission (unlike th ai in fs2)

Eeh... Flying a Nial is kinda groovy, but you loose your visibility much when firing those beams (just had to test it). Just made some mindless space battles of my own.

I still can't dl it. 3ddownloads is not loading. I started dling it at around 3pm est and then my dl stopped at 60% and now the page won't load to start over and DL accel won't resume because it says the site no longer exists. Someone please get it up on another mirror because 3ddownloads is terrible.

I'm not sure if this is just me, or something to do with the mod itself, but it doesn't seem like the textures are LoD'ed past a certain distance, like in the first mission when the nials first show up, at a long enough distance they're untextured, and the mission with the Orion station off in the distance, it's all untextured green as well. I tried installing the high-res pack, I'm not sure if it actually installed, because I'm still getting the all green textures, and FS2's max res seems to be 640x480.
