quote: I disagree about a T-Bolt being less manouverable than a standard Starfury, there isn't any resistance in space to reduce it's manouverability because of it's atmospheric wings, the only thing that might effect it is it's additional mass, but they incorporated better thrusters to make up for that (evidenced by it's greater speed)
Your absolutely right. Its mentioned in the series that the T-Bolt is more "sensitive" on the controls. This means that the pilot has better precision and most likely more manuverability.
The T-Bolt in our game is pretty much better in every way over the Aurora except maybe in armor (which will be about the same). You'll have more speed and more manuverability and better weapons.
As far as the Nial VS T-Bolt in-game debate. A Nial in the hands of a player is very nasty indeed. We've added more slide values to most ships...so when you put your Aurora into a hard turn, it builds up into the turn and falls out of the turn. Its not a huge amount, but the Nial has almost none. Plus way more manuverability and it basically equals a really deadly ship.
A wing of Nials could take out a Hyperion....if times were good. But a wing of Aurora's in the mix will make that MUCH harder.
