He must realize that, as there is no spoon, there is no Honda. He should try to use his mind to bend the universe around the Honda, moving it away from the mud - that, obviously, does not exist either.
Or he could realize that japanese cars are crap and that he should have bought a Land Rover.

maybe instead of pushing they can rock the car back and forth to get its momentum started.
Once it gets a rockin, hit the gas and watch her go.

7863 newtons?

The other thing I thought of was to climb the tree, hold on to a branch and yank the car really hard.
That is, of course, assuming the tree doesn't uproot itself.

I know its a little late, but Remora could kill Orange and wedge him under the tire and use him for traction and drive away... Or he could still be alive and "volunteer" to help Remora in his problem.

A "newton" is the amount of energy something exerts...Remmy sitting on the rope exerts a certain amount of energy, in this case 7863 newtons.

Isn't energy measured in Joules?

I meant go through and explain how to solve it, not just spew an answer, silly!
Energy isn't really in this problem. You have forces (Which would be represented by the Newton unit) but no energy. Remora is exerting a force on the rope with the help of gravity but no kinetic energy is being thrown around.

Loki, you are absolutely right. Energy is NOT measured in newtons - force is.

Er, nevermind!
I would have accepted such questions from Jennings, but Plasma is not sane (sorry), he is insane, so I would accept insane questions with insane answers from him!
