it would do good taking down cruisers and Cv's.They both have large surfaces and with this baby's large amount of guns points,maxims will wipe the floor with an erinyes' ass anyday!

I like the ship, but the downside is, if you are trying to get a high accuracy rate, all the shots that miss will count as misses, even if some/most hit the target..

Its kills man, kills that count.

Anyway, its up for download already. Its at HLP, somewhere, and also you can check the VBB for the thread with it in it.

And if you dont like the ring... SHOVE IT. The whole point of this ship is because I had a concept in my head of a ship with a ring around it.

I have it in the last 3 missions of Operation: Without Remorse. You learn to fly with it because it requires a different style of flight. It is Hella fun and the shots fly away from you in a circle. That circle is pretty cool if ya ask me.

Max, dont worry if ppl dont like it. Hey I was a little skeptical at first but now I am glad to have it.

The AI are good with this ship. It is not a lame fighter.

Awesome fighter design Max!!! The only problem I think it will have is the guns. Is it possible to point the guns inward a little? I remember playing old aircraft combat simulator games where you can point the guns inward as far as you like. You know, where all the laser points meet?

the thing where they point the weapons so the come together is called the laser convergance setting. most of the time in x-wing aliance it is set to about 250 meters or it is on an automatic setting with the computer reseting it to the clossest setting acording to the targeting computer range finder
