I don't think I've ever seen a thread go OT as quick as this! From announcement to flame in (get this) one post!



So, Disaster, should I put a disclaimer on The Bar (th3b4r.com) saying that I am not affiliated in any way with any other site cotaining "The" in it's name? Or the site that may at some point be constructed at thebar.com? No. Exactly.

And to bring this back on topic, please change the font on FRED Zone - Arial or Verdana is nice, Times New Roman is... not.
Just a thought

You have about 5 seconds to shut up and calm down Disaster. You are in absolutely no position to be making demands to Fred Zone. He got his site up first, as Razzle said, and he is hosted here. You, if anyone, will be the one to put Fred Zone is not part of us.

And since it seems you're too thick to realize this, flamming on this board and having a spaz is quite a crappy way to make yourself look in front of everyone else.

To get slightly back on topic, im thinking of a putting up a new banner, but my skills are not great in paint programs and the like.
Ill try it myself, maybe ill get lucky.

If anyone has skills in this area, has free time and some inspiration, let me know and I'd be glad to put it up.

Well, as a concept, I've got this thing down solid. Written down and fine-tuned. As for the FRED2 aspect...uh-uh. Clueless...I have trouble with the briefing icons!!!

It's not so much that I'm completely clueless, it's that this is a very complex event string and way outta my league

I need a suggestion.

I have DL'ed Newspro.

Is it worth the time to learn how to put it up myself, or do you guys have a certain way of putting it up?

If you allow me to learn it i will do it myself, for future reference, or someone can walk me through it.

I would like to see how its done or be shown how, cause i want to know more. Let me know ASAP

Newspro takes all the hassle of having to reupload your webpage everytime you write news. If you add newspro, it puts everything into a file, which you call from SSI. The file is then put into the template design you choose, and the news comes up like that! If you need any help setting it up, feel free to email me (Profile).
