No, it's down, and our database guru, Mr. Sticks, has never been very reachable on the weekends. But for his sake, don't be refreshing the site once every 10 seconds, eh? It actually does send him an email every time.

"HLP is down!" Type of message.

*sigh* we need a GTVA command guy voice for when either VWatch or HLP is offline to do that sort of message

Maybe you should then could use server alive software that could show a list of whats running and offline eg. look below - salive shows stats like this
