I believe the quality persay of adult sites isnt measured easily. I personally think it is in what you are looking for. Obviously a wide selection is gimme but also how "harcore" is the site? I personally like a more soft core approach though many may disagree.

Now also we must look at quality of the pictures, a huge collection of terrible pictures isnt great.

Is it easy to navigate? A complicated site may turn you elsewhere...

Does the site require a payment? These sites though loaded with things normally get fewer traffic because they arent free

Finally pop ups, does the site have to many and is enough enough!?

So in closing the rating of a porn site is done by:
-Selection
-Hardcore?
-Picture quality
-Payment
-Navigation
-Pop ups

i think people are too afraid to reply/agree with you, but I will.

IMHO rating pr0n/pr0n site has to be creativity for me, as well as how attractive the models/performers are.

and no fricken popups/ads.

Alas, as much as the pr0n sites call to me, with everyone in my household using the computers it'd be hard to get away with surfing those. You start off as a kid, sneaking around trying to hide the fact that you look at porn from your family. Then you get older, move out, and can watch porn all day. Then you get even older, and wind up having to be like a kid with your porn all over again.

Something just doesn't seem fair about that.
